Week 2 Of Training

I had another good week. I swam over a mile this week and ran several miles. My crawl stroke is getting better and I'm able to maintain a descent pace. I need to get my bike out and start putting some miles on it. I feel really great after finishing a long swim and run. In the process I have lost 8 pounds and 2 3/4 inches around my stomach.

I would thank everyone that's made donations. I get excited every time I see the email notification come in.
