Team In Training - Week 3

This week started out rough. The Moore tornado started about a mile north of my house in Newcastle and then missed my job by about 2.5 miles south. All the family I have in Moore were okay. The amount of damage and destruction done by the tornado is just devastating to watch on television. Please pray for all that have been affected by this tragedy.

I had a good run on Monday and a good swim on Wednesday. I plan on doing some biking this coming week.
