Team In Training - Week 1
Completed my first full week of training with a run created on MapMyRun. Met my coach Jason and others at Kamps 1910 cafe this morning at 6:30am.
Each Saturday, before our training activity we have what is called a Mission Moment. This is when someone talks about an Honored Hero that we are all training for that day. Today it was Erin's cousin. She has Leukemia but is in remission and was getting her Make A Wish, wish today.

Not looking to break any records. Since this is my first triathlon, my primary goal is to just cross the finish line. But I don't plan on being last either. So this week I think I swam over a mile, rode 20 miles and ran just under 12 miles. I'm on a 6 day a week workout schedule and resting on the 7th. This is by far the toughest thing I've ever undertaken, but it's all for a good cause.
