Team In Training - Week 15

This last week I started training in the pool with a wet suit. I never realized how buoyant wet suits were. Since March I have just been wearing a regular swimsuit. Wearing the wet suit makes me feel like superman in the water. Met with the TNT group Saturday morning and ran 11.2 miles. I've noticed lately that after about 6 miles, the muscles below my calf muscles start hurting something fierce in both legs. I never had my feet profiled before buying running shoes. I know I have flat feet and I do wear some Dr. Scholls inserts but I think that's not going to be enough now.
