Team In Training - Week 4

This week was another roller coaster ride of dodging storms and tornadoes. 9 people died in the OKC metro and surrounding areas. Also, a teenage girl in our church was killed in a head on collision early Friday evening. Please keep this girl's family in your prayers and all those that have been affected by the recent severe weather.

Our group run was cancelled this morning because of the storms last night.

I swam 3/4 of a mile on Tuesday, ran 4 miles on Wednesday and then swam 1 mile on Thursday. Work got in the way during lunch on Friday.
