Mega Million Lottery

How may water wells could the $640 million lottery buy before taxes?  At $5000 a well, it could provide 128,000 clean water wells around the world.  Will any of this payout ever be spent on a water well?  Most likely no.  If you had won the jackpot, what would you have done?  Would you go on a shopping spree or would you try to help your family and friends?  Would you take extravagant vacations or take mission trips around the world helping the poor and oppressed?  Would you still not give a handout to that person on the corner or would you try to feed the homeless in your area?  Would you invest in banks or invest in God?  What would you do?
