Team In Training - Week 18
Race day is getting close. I'm trying to get in as much training as I can. The swimming is getting easier, the running is no big deal, but the biking will be the toughest. It's tough to scratch out time to bike separate from the stationary bike at the gym during lunch. With two kids that are involved in dance, scouts, church and other things, I don't have any time on week nights to go ride and I use Saturday mornings to run with the group. The only real problem I have with riding is my back side getting sore. I haven't found the right seat or position yet to keep it form hurting. So every now and then I have to stand up and ride to give it a rest. Fortunately, I'm only doing the half triathlon. As if 56 miles is no big deal, right.
