Dance Recital Finale

My daughter Serenity has been taking dance for the last several years.  She takes hip hop, tap, ballet, jazz and lyrical.  Every year in June, at the end of the dance year, the dance studio has a recital for all the parents.  All the different groups perform the routines they have been working on all year long.  For the last few years as the finale, several of the dads are selected to perform a routine.  So for several weeks leading up to the recital, we meet once a week to learn an 8 minute routine set to a mash-up of 80's hits.  It's basically a dozen men or so getting up on stage and trying to perform a routine they have been trying to learn for about an hour a week for 5 weeks.  All in all everyone pretty much knows the routine.  They know just enough to make it that much more hilarious.  You have to give everyone credit though.  It's not easy to get up on stage and dance like you've never danced before.
